My name is Aaron and I am the coach at aboost. I have always been sporty but at times have struggled to be consistent. Over the years I have learnt effective ways to maintain my healthy lifestyle.

Throught-out my time in the corporate world I have learnt great techniques for time management and achieving milestones. These skills are crucial for fitness success. I have always been extremely fascinated with sport and fitness. Ever since being young I have competed at swimming. More recently I am training to complete the Paris Marathon.

The goal of aboost is to enable people to improve their mental and physical health through the combination of running and weight training.

Once I started to combine running and weight training my overall health significantly improved. To the point where I was telling my friends I felt super human. This change to my training was so impactful that I wanted to share it with more people. Becoming a conventional PT felt limiting so I took to online fitness coaching after completing my qualification.

With aboost we aren’t just creating quick transformations but building habits to help you be your best. Combining training methods is a great way to boost your fitness and protect your body for life.
