How does online fitness coaching work?
Online fitness coaching works by firstly having a custom workout and nutrition plan that is tailored to you. All this information is conveniently stored on our app.
To further support your journey we offer weekly calls where we check your progress and shape the week ahead to fit in with your schedule.
As you progress through the program we make changes to ensure you are staying challenged, so you don’t become stagnant.
If you ever need additional support, with in app messaging you can get around the clock support.
Why and online fitness coach instead of a personal trainer?
The biggest difference between an online fitness coach and an in person personal trainer is that when your session ends with the PT so does the support. With an online fitness coach although you don’t get someone in person telling you what to do, you have continual access to support through-out the week. You also get nutrition support enabling you to reach the goals you want to achieve.
What fitness program is best for me?
The best program for you is the program that you can stick to consistently. Consistency is best. This is why when you sign up we have a consultation where we then tailor our approach so it fits with your lifestyle. We understand consistency is challenging and this is why we offer support to help hold you accountable.
According to an American Society of Training & Development study, you are 95% more likely to succeed by simply directing accountability to a third party. Although we can’t guarantee this statistic we can say that we can boost your consistency.
What if I don’t want to join a gym?
It is not necessary to join a gym to achieve great results. Home workouts can be just as effective. We offer both options to our clients whether you are a gym goer or prefer home workouts.
